FACS Aria II-B - Assisted
Description: The FACS Aria II-B is contained within a Bioprotect III biosafety cabinet. ALL biohazardous and potentially biohazardous sorts should be performed on this high-speed cell sorter. The Aria II-B has 5 lasers: a 488nm blue (3 parameters), 405nm violet (5 colors), 355nm UV (2 colors), a 561nm yellow-green (4 colors), and a 640 nm red (3 colors). Please check the instrument configuration to determine which fluorochromes work best on the Aria II-B.
