Description: Cytek Aurora CS Full Spectrum Cell Sorter within BSL2 Enclosure 5 lasers (355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 640 nm) 64 flourescent detectors plus forward and side scatter Capable of removing autoflourescence of a sample Selected cells can be sorted into 1.5mL, 5mL, 15mL collection tubes or 96-well plates Sort up to 6 populations simultaneously (for sorting into tubes)
